Change to TSS ticket creation via email
Due to recent spam from our email address, we have decided to require an account to be made on our TSS first (https://www.mywikis.com/tss), and when you have associated the email address from which you would like to send us a message, your email will actually be processed as a ticket. We apologize for any inconvenience, but this action is necessary to better serve you, and to protect our service from spam.

Change to ticketed support system
We've removed the need for a TSS user account when creating support tickets. Don't forget you can open tickets by emailing our email address, contact@mywikis.com.
