If you need to contact MyWikis Staff:

The Snapchat hack and our public service towards Snapchat users

Hello. We have obtained a copy of the Snapchat user list file. It contains:

  • Phone numbers (with the last two digits censored)
  • Username
  • Region
If you would like to use it, you may download it at snapchatdb.info. If that happens to go down, we will check for you. If you don't want to download a massive file, please email us at contact@mywikis.com, make the subject "Snapchat - need info", and include your phone number without the last two digits or your snapchat username.

We're off for the holidays!

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanza, and Happy New Year! We'll be off from December 21, 2013 until January 5, 2014. For this break, we've implemented holiday hours. Only one worker (the CEO) will be working during the holidays.

MyWikis Pro, Enterprise, and VPS customers:
  • Response will be given within 48 hours, most likely in 24 hours or less
  • No guaranteed responses, we will try our best to answer any inquiries before MyWikis Free/Basic customers.
MyWikis Free and Basic customers:
  • Response will be given within 96 hours, most likely in 48 hours or less
  • No guaranteed responses, we will try our best to answer any inquiries, however, Pro and above customers have priority over your support inquiry.
All customers and visitors:
  • Unfortunately, live chat will be closed; you can still reach us from support tickets
  • Wiki requests may be delayed a few days
  • Any issues with wikis will be slowly resolved OR they will be unresolved until the end of our break.
  • If you are looking to cancel your MyWikis subscription, it would be preferable to wait until January to do so as a courtesy.
  • Any security issues that require immediate day zero patches will be answered as soon as possible
  • This schedule will not apply on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day. We will be completely closed on those days, except for security issues. (e.g. If you have Pro and you filed your ticket the day before Christmas Eve, your ticket will be read on Boxing Day or the day after.)
Staff may be subject to staff development sessions during the holiday period, therefore they will not be able to continue with their normal tasks.

P. S. – The Hour of Code deal is now closed!

  • Install WordPress (or better, MediaWiki :))
  • Set up a SQLite database
  • ...and other countless possibilities!
